Troubleshooting
The designer is blank on mobile
Turn off JavaScript/HTML minification for the designer page in your caching plugin, then purge all caches including any separate mobile cache.
Emails aren’t arriving
Install an SMTP plugin such as WP Mail SMTP, most hosts block the default PHP mail function.
Icons or images look wrong
Exclude the designer page from image‑optimizer rewriting, then purge the cache.
