The short version

Every paid My T Maker license comes with a 14-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. If the plugin isn’t right for your shop, tell us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll refund you in full.

What’s covered

My T Maker is a digital software product, there’s nothing to ship and nothing to return. The 14-day guarantee applies to any charge on any paid plan, yearly or lifetime, first purchase or renewal. Renewal charges are also refundable if you contact us within 14 days of the renewal date.

How to request a refund

Email us from the address you purchased with, or reply to your purchase receipt. Include your order or license number if you have it handy. That’s it, no forms, no hoops, no “exit interview.”

What happens next

Refunds are issued to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. When a refund is issued, the license is deactivated. Any designs and orders already on your site stay yours.

Cancelling a subscription

Yearly licenses don’t lock you in. Cancel any time and the plugin keeps working, you simply stop receiving updates and premium support when the license period ends. Cancelling alone doesn’t trigger a refund; the 14-day window above covers that.
