Who we are

mytmaker.com is operated by Chattanooga Tshirt LLC. It’s the home of My T Maker, a custom apparel designer plugin for WordPress and WooCommerce. This policy explains what information this website collects and what we do with it.

What we collect

Purchases and accounts. When you buy a license or create an account we collect your name, email address, billing details, and order history through WooCommerce and Freemius, our licensing and checkout platform (see below). Payments are processed by our payment providers, we never see or store your full card number.

The live demo. Designs you create in the on-site demo run in your browser. If you use the quote, order or email features in the demo, the design mockup and the details you enter (name, email, phone if you give one) are sent to us and kept with the design so we can respond; demo entries are test data and we clear them from time to time. If you use Share, the design is stored on our server at a link that anyone holding the link can open. If you use the AI art tool, the prompt you type is sent to Google (Gemini) to generate the image, and the email address the tool asks for is kept so we can follow up about My T Maker; you can ask us to delete it. AI use in the demo is capped per visitor.

Support chat. The chat bubble on this site is run through ElevenLabs. What you type (or say, if you use voice) is processed by ElevenLabs to answer you, and the conversation is kept so we can improve the answers. If the assistant asks for your email so we can follow up, we keep that too.

Support. If you email us, we keep the correspondence so we can help you and improve the product.

Technical data. Like most websites we receive IP addresses and browser information in server and security logs, and we use Jetpack Stats (by Automattic) for aggregate traffic counts and may use Google Analytics or Search Console for the same purpose. Embedded content, such as YouTube videos, behaves as if you visited that site directly and may set its own cookies.

Licensing & payments (Freemius)

License checkout, payments, and plugin license activation are handled by Freemius, Inc., our e-commerce partner and merchant of record. When you buy or activate a My T Maker license, Freemius processes your name, email address, and payment details, along with basic site information (your site URL and WordPress/plugin versions) used to verify licenses and deliver updates. We receive your name, email, order details, and license status. We never see or store your full card number. Freemius’s handling of this data is covered by the Freemius privacy policy and their data practices page, which include their GDPR data-processing commitments.

Cookies

We use cookies for the things a store needs to function: keeping your cart and login working, remembering screen preferences, and site security. Analytics cookies, where used, measure aggregate traffic only.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your personal information, we don’t send marketing email you didn’t sign up for, and we don’t collect more than the store and support work requires.

How long we keep data

Order and license records are kept as long as needed for accounting, tax, and support of your license. Support emails are kept while they’re useful for helping you. You can ask us what we hold about you, request a copy, or ask us to delete personal data we’re not legally required to keep.
